Below, you'll find your welcome letter, which outlines the rules, details on how the market will be operated, and the expectations for each vendor.

VENDOR SPACE

Creative Together Market will take photography and videography at most markets including of vendors and their products.  These photos are used to both provide market reports and to market you and what your business for future events.

Space Location

Spaces will be marked on the ground in the Visit Central Florida Welcome Center Parking lot on the day of the event. 

You will receive an email 1-3 days prior to event with your load in time and spot number.


  • You must be fully setup and ready to open at 12:00 PM. 

  • Vendors will not breakdown their booth before 5:00 PM.


The Vendor agrees to comply with any specific placement instructions given by Creative Together Artisan Market.


Rules For Vendors

  1. Canopies may not exceed 10’ by 10’ unless otherwise agreed upon with the coordinator.

  2. All canopies must be white or branded. Other color tops will have to be approved by Creative Together.

  3.  All vendors are required to have a minimum of 40 pounds of weight attached to each leg of their canopy.

  4. Should you not have your minimum amount of weights, you will not be able to vend and will forfeit your vendor fee. (This is for your safety and our customers)

  5. Electrical is not provided. If you need power we recommend a quiet generator. 

  6. Your vendor space should be free of clutter. All storage containers and miscellaneous items should be placed underneath your table(s) out of plain view.  

  7. Booths must be clean and orderly at all times. All vendors must be clean and presentable and space will be clean of all trash before vendor leaves. 

  8. Underage children should not be “manning” your booth. Your booth must have an adult manning it at all times. 

  9. No booth should be left unattended. 

  10. Vendors must maintain boutique-style décor and booth ambiance. Have fun and be creative with your booth.

  11. All displays, merchandise and or demonstrations must be in good taste – this is a family friendly event.

  12. We do now allow adult rated content. 

  13. Vendors are allowed to have an easel type display sign that identifies the type of vendor they are and what they sell. However, the easel must not interfere with any communal walkways or impede fellow vendors’ space.


SET UP AND TEAR DOWN

  • You will be allowed to drive up and drop off you your items.

  • Please park your car in vendor parking before setting anything up.

  • Tear down is to occur once the market has closed at 5:00 PM.

  • You will not pull your vehicle in till your are fully broken down.

  • No vehicles will be allowed in till the market has official closed.

  • Early tear down is prohibited and in doing so could result in not being asked back and forfeit any booth fees paid.   

  • Vendors are responsible for disposing of any trash they accrue and must leave their space clean and tidy.

  • If you do not follow this rule it could result in not being asked back and forfeit any booth fees paid.

BOOTH FEES AND PAYMENT

Vendor Fees

To secure your vendor space, the vendor fee is due once you receive this welcome letter. Our goal is to limit the number of duplicate vendors or the “same type” of vendors to avoid market saturation and maximize each vendor’s selling potential. Once you are officially vending with us payments are due 7 days prior to the next event date. For example your vendor fee is due each Saturday before 3:00 PM for the following Saturday show that you want to be part of, Please use Zelle or cash.


*Please for your safety do not send money to anyone who clams to be part of the Creative Together Market. The only way to pay booth fees is cash for returning vendors or Zelle. We will never ask you to pay for your booth any other way unless it has been discussed by both you and Creative Together Market and both agree.

You can pay with Zelle, Venmo.

Once you are vending with us you can do cash for returning vendors 7 days before the next event.

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT

 Permitted Products


Vendor agrees to sell only the products listed and described in the application submitted to Creative Together Artisan Market. Any changes to the products must be approved by the Creative Together Artisan Market in advance.


* All vendors must have all requested licenses to do business in Polk County and insurance.


* Business tax receipt/certificate from Polk County Tax Collector. You can also mail this in if you would like.


* A COI’s (Certificate Of Insurance) showing a $1,000,000 policy and listing Polk County B.O.C.C. as an additional insured on the policy.

You can upload the documents below if you already have them. If not please send a copy of your receipt/certificate from Polk County Tax Collector and a copy of your COI documents to creativetogethermarket@gmail.com once you do.


It's required by Visit Central Florida Welcome Center to be able to sell on their property and be part of the Creative Together Market.


Please send as soon as possible to secure your spot.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

  • No-show vendors will automatically forfeit their vendor fee.

  • Vendors that show up after the load in window will not be allowed in and will forfeiture their vendor fee. This is for the safety of our vendors and customers.

  • Creative Together is rain or shine.

  • Weather conditions prohibiting the event from occurring will be at the discretion of Creative Together Artisan Market. Our goal is to maintain a safe environment for everyone. Should weather conditions hinder our market, the vendor fee will be rolled

    over to the next event.


Display and Cleanliness The Vendor agrees to maintain a clean and professional booth at all times and comply with all safety and sanitary regulations established by Creative Together Artisan Market and Visit Central Florida Welcome Center.


 TERMINATION


Termination for Cause

Creative Together Artisan Market may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Vendor breaches any provision of this Agreement, including failure to pay fees or maintain proper permits, not having proper items to safety operate your booth or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate by Creative Together Artisan Market.


Refunds

In the event of termination, the Vendor is not entitled to a refund of any fees already paid.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING

In consideration for being allowed to participate in Creative Together Artisan Market at the Visit Central Florida Welcome Center, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that the risk of injury, theft, illness, and any other significant loss is said vendor’s sole responsibility. The participant also acknowledges that there are risks associated with weather conditions and or other circumstances which can cause damage to products and Therefore: I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown. I the vendor assume full responsibility for my participation. I for myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin,  hereby RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Creative Together Artisan Market at Visit Central Florida Welcome Center, Its officers, officials, agents, employees, volunteers, other participants, sponsors, advertisers and owners and lessors of the premises used to conduct the event, for ANY AND ALL  INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property. I agree that I  am monetarily responsible for any damage that I, my staff and or associates incur while vending with Creative Together Artisan Market at Davenport Floridas Welcome Center. 


I UNDERSTAND THAT THE VENDOR FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE HOWEVER IS TRANSFERABLE TO FOLLOWING EVENT DUE TO ILLNESSES, FAMILY EMERGENCIES AND  OR ANY OTHER ABSENCES ON A CASE BY CASE SITUATION. AT THE DISCRETION OF  CREATIVE TOGETHER ARTISAN MARKET. BY SIGNING THIS CONTRACT, YOU ARE  AGREEING THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THAT REFUNDS WILL NOT OCCUR REGARDLESS THE  REASON. 


I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE, WAIVER OR LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND SIGNIFICANCE, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
